my anxiety is just totally unbearable. it feels like I’m asleep and not wake up, and the body is awake but not my head. I’ve had this for over 4 years. I got a sudden terror when I was traveling abroad. has anyone else this feeling? is it true that you can take medication and may wake up sometime?

If you dissect the human body, we are all the constructed the same inside.
    And the last time I checked all people are capable of feeling happy-sad, hungry-thirsty, sleepy-alert, love-dislike, silly-serious, relaxed-tense, egocentered-altruistic, talkative-reflective, cheerful-grumpy, and so on.
Seems to me like you are more prejudice than anything else. Accupressure and accupuncture are used all over the world. Because it works if done properly!

If you suffer from panic attacks you should check out the website at
panic-attack(dot) powerful-solution (dot)com . It will help you get rid of them for good. No joke, I personally used it and I’m a completely new person.

btw, I’m not trying to spam, I just want to help as many people as possible because I know how horrible panic attacks and anxiety are.

You’re not Asian. What works for people in an area of the world may not work for you. Your ancestors didn’t use techniques like that. Be very careful with using techniques on your body that your ancestors didn’t use. Use the techniques that YOUR ancestors used to relieve pain or tension. Don’t just jump to what may look nice. Your body may not respond the same way as someone’s body whose ancestors had the technique done on them, since the beginning of time. This is a nice technique, though.
